Our Favorite and most used oils:
- Peppermint – Supports digestion and tastes amazing! I don’t put it straight in my water, but I will properly cook with it. (Be sure to research how to safely cook with essential oils if you plan to do so.)
- Cabaiba – This is such a cool oil! There’s to many things to write in this blog post. Contact me if you would like more info.
- Lavender – We use this in so many of my home made products.
- Lemon – I’m always congested due to dietary issues. Often my ears get clogged. A drop of lemon rubbed behind my ears helps support my ears natural process of clearing out any congestion that might cause an ear ache!
- Frankincense – My favorite oil to support healthy looking skin on my face. It’s in most of my homemade face creams.
- Thieves – We make roller bottles out of this oil. Every night (especially when we are traveling) everyone rolls Thieves on their feet.
- R.C. – I dilute this and rub it on my chest and feet before bed because a stuffy nose drives me nuts!
- Panaway – I dilute this on my stiff shoulders after a day of editing photos & videos.
