Shout out to one of our favorites: Peppermint Essential Oil.
We have a ton of uses for this oil! Matt would probably say it is his favorite. From cooking (peppermint hot chocolate is amazing!) to helping with an uncomfortable stomach. From energizing me while I homeschool and edit photos to helping ease the pain in my head after hours of homeschooling and editing photos. Ha!

I grow peppermint in my backyard, I’ve made my own peppermint tea. But I feel my peppermint is sub par after researching the meticulous process Young Living goes through.
From inspecting the seeds they plant, to researching the history of their farm land 100 years back (making sure, before they purchase it, no pesticides have been used on the land for 100 years) to inspecting the crop every hour around the clock during harvest time and creating micro brews to ensure the perfect timing for harvesting the peppermint to make the most pure and potent essential oil possible. That is impressive.
